‘imvr.net’ and the ‘hotels’ would not ask the tourists to cancel the function of direct debit through ATM with any reasons, nor would they inform you to change the payment conditions because you accidentally set up the account by installment. They would not ask you to provide information regarding your credit card, bank account or offer the customer service hotline of your bank/credit card, either.
Please be aware and don't be cheated!

- To confirm your reservation process is complete and correct, please fill up the correct Email address. - Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Meanwhile, KEYMANS HOTEL will also send you a reservation confirmation email to ensure your booking. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within Twenty-Four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us at email@example.com (or check your SPAM folder)
A. Reservation Information:
1.Please fill up the information of guest, it may cause the reservation failed if the information is incomplete. Bookings may be made online at www.keymans.com.tw/ Payment must be made at the time of booking, full amount will be deducted from bank TWO (2) weeks prior to the booking date.
2. All rates are included breakfast, Tax and Service charge.
3. Check-in time is 15:00 ; Check-out time is 12:00.
4. If it was the result of circumstances of force majeure (natural disasters, earthquake, typhoon, traffic disruption...) which could not foresee or prevent by reasonable measures that you may not able to check-in your room, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 886-2-23114811 THREE (3) days before the booking date to request for full refund.
5. Receipt / invoice copy can be collected during Check-in.

B. Terms and Conditions for “Reservation Change” and “Cancellation”: Special Deals Room and Last Minutes 5 Days limited supply are not include in this Terms and Conditions. - Cancellation made on the check-in date will be charged a fee of 100% of total room rate. - Cancellation made on the your arrival 1 day before will be charged a fee of 50% of total room rate. - Cancellation made on the your arrival 2 days before will be charged a fee of 40% of total room rate. - Cancellation made on the your arrival 3 days before will be charged a fee of 30% of total room rate. - Cancellation made on the your arrival 4 days to 6 days before will be charged fee of 20% of total room rate. - Cancellation made on the your arrival 7 days to 9 days before will be charged fee of 10% of total room rate.
1. Wifi in guest room and lobby, TV channel selection, and a full set of toiletries.
2. Luggage storage is available only for hotel guests who staying with the hotel to store their luggage before check-in or after check-out.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Double room limited for TWO (2) person occupancy only. Surcharge of NTD300 for each extra person with no extra bed provided. Keyman's Hotel reserve the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangement and content featured on the Keyman's Hotel website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice.
